APR has merged with the Office of Quality Improvement
Effective August 1, 2017, APR merged with UW-Madison’s Office of Quality Improvement (OQI). The new merged office is being led by Jenny Faust, who was previously a consultant in OQI. The merger followed the retirement of APR’s founding director, Alice Gustafson, on July 31, 2017. OQI’s former director, Maury Cotter, retired in January 2017. Additional details are available here. We are looking forward to partnering with our OQI colleagues to continue to serve campus in an even broader capacity.
We’d like to thank our many campus partners over the past 10 years for their diligent work to help improve how we, as an institution, do business and to continue to grow our capacity for continuous improvement across the UW-Madison campus.
During this period of transition, we will continue to honor and support our existing project commitments until their successful completion. We will be reaching out to business owners we are currently working with to discuss project status, next steps, and any questions about the impact of the merger on completion of the project.
Over the next few months, we will also be developing a new website for our combined unit; however, until that is launched, you can continue to visit this site for information.
